Difficult Wisdom Teeth Extractions
M&M Dental Care specialises in complex and difficult wisdom teeth extractions — cases other clinics routinely refer elsewhere. Dr Mohamed Omar (FRACDS) performs surgical extractions, including impacted, horizontally positioned, and multi-rooted wisdom teeth, under local anaesthesia. IV sedation is available for anxious patients. Same-day extractions are available when clinical assessment permits.

Dental Implants
M&M Dental Care places immediate dental implants and full-arch implant restorations (All-on-4), using titanium fixtures with a 10-year clinical survival rate of 95–98% per the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. Single-tooth, multiple-tooth, and complete arch restorations are available. Dr Mohamed Omar has placed hundreds of implants at the Marsden Park clinic since opening.
Orthodontics
M&M Dental Care is an Invisalign-certified provider, offering clear aligner treatment for mild to moderate misalignment and spacing issues. Traditional metal braces are available for complex cases. Interest-Free Payment Plans

Dr. Mohamed Omar
BDS, MFDS (Edin), FRACDS Dr Omar holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) and
a Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Edinburgh (MFDS Edin). These dual postgraduate
qualifications are held by fewer than 5% of practising Australian dentists. He specialises in
complex restorative cases, surgical implant placement, and difficult wisdom teeth extractions.
Dr Omar has practised at the Marsden Park clinic since its opening and has performed hundreds
of implant and surgical procedures on site.
